Sunbrella Alloy Vapor Pergola

Cushman and Wakefield is a renowned real estate solutions company, with offices internationally, including Seattle, WA. This location has a beautiful courtyard, which was unfortunately prone to heavy sunlight and precipitation. 

​

With countless guests and business dealings, it was important for the company to designate an outdoor space that could be utilized by both the staff and their visitors. A wooden pergola proved to be a great accentuate, but not one that provided proper shade. 4 rows of Infinity Canopies were installed, with all 36 panels in Sunbrella Alloy Vapor fabric, allowing the canopies to match the courtyard's stone and still stand out in their own right.

The pergola compliments the space nicely and finally provides a bit of shade for any outdoor enjoyment.
